Shipping & Returns
We ship all orders within 4 business days after receipt of the cleared payment. We ship UPSGround that has tracking. We add a standard fee of $10 for shipping in the continental United States. For all other shipments, including expedited shipments, please email us so we can let you know costs and responsibilities which might include custom statements, taxes and tariffs.
If you receive your shipment, and it is damaged, please save the container as that is the only way we can get credit for the damage. Call us or email us immediately and let us know that it is damaged. Since our hats are one of a kind we will work with you to find an appropriate substitute. We will let you know how to return it.
Since many or our hats are vintage or antique, we try to give you a very accurate assessment of the condition and they are all sold “as is”. We put in the description any moth holes or stains and if you have questions about them, please contact us before purchasing so we can send you extra photos or information so that you will be very satisfied with your product.
If you receive your shipment and are not satisfied with it, please call us immediately. We do not accept returns unless you have called us within 24 hours of receiving the hat. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs for returns. We cannot accept any item that has been worn or damaged. We do not accept COD’s for shipping costs either. We are not responsible for loss or damage on returns.
Currently we do not offer hat boxes put plan to in the near future. A few of the hat in the collection come with their original box and are noted in the description.
